Power90 Training-Losing The Weight

Well folks, I started the Power90 training 12 weeks ago and have lost 27 pounds. I have gone from a size 40 waist to size 36. I’m not where I want to be just yet, I want to get down to 34’s and lose another 10-12 pounds but I’m getting there.

The exercises are getting easier as the weeks have gone by and it’s amazing how far I’ve come just following the videos. I could have done better with my diet and really want to start working out in the mornings because I’m finding myself trying to make excuses to put off the workout as the day goes on.lol

Power90 Training-What’s Next

In a couple of more weeks it will be time for me to jump from power90 training to P90X. Then the fun will really start.lol I know after 90 days with that you will be amazed. I know the confidence that you gain just by committing to yourself is a great reward that I want to share with others.
