P90X After One Week

Hey folks, well week one is in the books for P90X training and talk about being sore.lol Although I completed the Power90 prior to this I can see P90X is a whole different animal. Much more intense and fast paced. You can still use the pause button and work at your own pace which is the great thing about the training.

I started P90X weighing 220 pounds and a 36 waist and my goal is to get to 210 pounds,  34 waist and get that six pack . Which wouldn’t be too bad for a 100 year old guy.lol
