P90X Training-Results After 5 Weeks

Well folks this week was my recovery week for P90X training and I’m supposed to let the muscles recover while I do more cardio and stretching. It almost feels like I’m cheating but I know it will help. Trust me the stretching is not exactly easy. By time I’m done I’ll be able to fit in my clothes dryer.lol

Believe me I’m not the most flexible person in the world so this has definitly helped but there is no way I’m as flexible as the people in the videos. The great thing about all the training programs from beachbody is that you do your best and forget the rest.

P90X Training-It Doesn’t Matter How Old You Are

Hell I’m 100 years old and doing the best I can with the exercises and still seeing good results. The main thing is to not get discouraged and give up. Trust me if you can fight thru the first 2-3 weeks of p90x training it can change the way you feel about yourself.

I love the fact that I can share this with others and the people that are serious share their results with me and it makes me realize that showing people how to take their health back is one of the most important things you can share.
