Power 90 Results – Is It Easy?
Hey folks, just wanted to share my Power 90 results. For those of you visiting for the first time, I started with Power 90 from Beachbody weighing 260 and a size 40 waist. After 90 days I had gotten down to 220 and a size 36. Was it easy? No, but it wasn’t that hard either. Like anything else in life, you’ve got to put in the work to see the results.
Believe me, I wish there was a magic pill or potion that would melt the fat away but what I did find was the solution. The solution is you! Will you follow the training for 90 days to get the same Power 90 results?
I know those pictures from my Power 90 results are pretty scary but at age 50 it does give you an idea of what can be accomplished with some effort and consistency.
Power 90 Results – What Do I Need To Get Started
The number 1 thing will be your mindset! It has to be a commitment that you are ready to succeed. That extra weight that you put on didn’t happen overnight and it won’t come off overnight but give this 90 days and you will see similar Power 90 results. Those first 2 weeks will be tough, you will doubt yourself but turn off your brain and just keep pushing play. My 3rd week is when I started seeing a difference in the way my clothes were fitting and some definition in my arms, stomach and chest. That gave me the motivation to continue on my fitness journey.
