BeachBody Programs-Know Your Goals
Choosing the right beachbody program is critical to your success. I know most of the time all you see on tv are the infomercials for p90x but that can be too intense for many people who are just starting out. While exercising at home has it’s benefits it will do you no good if you don’t choose the right program.
To determine which beachbody program is right for you take into consideration what goals you are wanting to accomplish. If you are in pretty good shape and want to get that ripped look then p90x would be a good fit. If you are overweight by more than 20 pounds then I highly recommend the Power90 as it’s less intense but will still burn that excess fat. It’s the exact program I used to lose 40 pounds in 90 days and allowed me to start p90x.
Beachbody Programs-Many Choices
P90X and Power90 both focus on cardio and strength training but Power90 is more about toning than getting ripped. Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam and Slim in 6 also focus on cardio, toning and burning that fat. It’s important to choose a beachbody program that will push you but not overwhelm you. Also you want to connect with your beachbody coach and share your goals so they can share their experiences and answer any questions you may have.
