Beachbody 2 Day Fast-Trying It Out
Well folks, I just tried the beachbody 2 day fast and it was interesting. I’ve never really tried fasting before and was curious about how I would feel afterwards. I didn’t realize how hungry you could get.lol
The beachbody 2 day fast comes in 2 flavors, chocolate and vanilla. I tried the chocolate which came in 2 small containers. It recommends one scoop with 8 ounces of water in place of your regular meals as well as 8 ounces of water in between to keep you full.
Beachbody 2 Day Fast-Starving To Death
Believe me, in the afternoon of that first day I was as hungry as a hostage but stuck with it. When I woke up the second morning I thought I would be starving but I guess my body was starting to readjust. I did notice I was not nearly as hungry that second day and was noticing how I felt less sluggish and more alert.
After my 2 day fast I had lost 5 pounds and just like it said in the directions when I did have my first meal it was a smaller portion. My stomach had apparently shrunk so that smaller portions were now filling me up.
Beachbody 2 Day Fast-When To Start
As recommended in the guide you would want to start your fast on the weekend as you are not expending as much energy. You would also stop your workouts for those 2 days. For being a skeptic I really did see and feel the results and recommend beachbody 2 day fast for anyone that is serious. It’s not easy to get thru those 2 days but neither is working out.
