Power90 Training Completed

Well folks, here I am after 90 days with Power90 training. I lost 29 pounds and went from a 40 waist to now wearing size 36. I still need to lose another 7-10 pounds and I want to get down to size 34.

Week Twelve of Power90 Training

Well folks, I started the Power90 training 12 weeks ago and have lost 27 pounds. I have gone from a size 40 waist to size 36. I’m not where I want to be just yet, I want to get down to 34’s and lose another 10-12 pounds but I’m getting there.
