P90X Training-Word For The Day Is Sore

Well folks, two weeks of P90X training are in the books and have to say the soreness is starting to go away finally.lol I’m telling you the first week was brutal and that’s after I did the Power90 training. I have no idea if I could have made it just starting from scratch.

I find that I’m not losing that much weight because it is turning to muscle. My chest, shoulders and arms are starting to see some results. This is definitly not workout videos from the 80′s.lol This is intense but so will the results. I just need to keep bringing it everyday.

Is it hard? Yes! But really all you have to do is put the dvd in for that certain day and go to it. Make certain you have an hour devoted to do your workout and I can promise you after 90 days you will be amazed. Like anything else in life worth having you have to put in the work.
