P90X Training Week 11-Do What You Can

Well folks, I can’t say too much about  p90x training week 11 because of 30 year high school reunion I attended. My diet went to hell with plenty of beer and stopping by some of the old restaurants that happen to still be open after all these years.

I was able to bring my P90X workout dvd’s with me but trust me I kind of did a quick edition of them. Alot of  the time was spent on catching up with long lost friends.

P90X Training-You’ve Come Too Far

The main thing is that even though things will come up in your life you still want to get back on the horse. I’m back now and started on my regular p90x training. I’ve come too far to fall back into my old habits. Remember do your best and forget the rest!
