P90X Training-Week 10

Week 10 P90X training wrapped up and weight is pretty much staying the same but arms and chest seeing improvement each week. Still need to keep working on the abs though. The workouts have become a habit that I can’t say I look forward to but I realize this is a lifelong commitment to being the best I can be.

If you are serious about making a change in your life, this is the answer but only if you put in the work. It won’t do you any good letting it set on top of your coffee table.
