P90X Motivation-Don’t Give Up Too Soon

Trust me folks, staying motivated with P90X is not easy but it all comes down to your desire and mindset. I get questions all the time asking me how I stay motivated with p90x and for me it was seeing those results after about 3 weeks that really pushed me.

You see too many people give up in their first 2-3 weeks before they ever get a chance to see the results. In today’s world everyone wants that instant gratification, they don’t want to put in the effort to get the results and that leads to a vicious cycle.

I do my workouts in the morning because being honest with myself I know that if I keep putting it off till later in the day I will make an excuse to just do it tomorrow. Now everybody has different schedules in their life, this is just what works for me.

P90X Motivation-Start Your Routine

After starting with Power90 and seeing the results I was able to move up to p90x and now am in my 2nd round of it. It all came from just starting and pushing play everyday. There is no magic secret but it does get easier as you establish your routine and realize this is more of a lifestyle change.
