After 11 weeks of Power90 training. Lost 2 more pounds so that makes it a total of 26 pounds in 11 weeks. Size 36 pants getting looser each week and seeing more results with abs. Working on six pack, think I have more like a two pack right now but started out with a keg.lol

The BeachBody Coaching aspect has grown gradually and the recent Summit Conference has excited a lot of people. New people are coming to me every week asking how they can turn their passion for fitness  into a part-time or full-time business. After 9 weeks of Power90 training. Lost 2 more pounds, I’m now in size 36′s and the buttons aren’t screaming.lol Arms are getting ripped for a 100 year old dude and keep getting better as far as cardio. Just push play baby.

I know that people always see those P90X infomercials on tv, I just never knew how many people are actually getting back in shape with the various BeachBody products. It’s like a whole new world being able to connect with others that are reaching for the same goal.

If you’re tired of trudging to the gym everyday and the membership fees you might want to consider these training programs. I know it’s working for me and if  you just push play it will work for you.

After 9 weeks of Power90 Training

Ok folks, after 2 months of Power90 training. Can’t brag too much about this update. Got off my diet for 4 days but did manage to keep up with working out plus got some sun.lol

I didn’t lose any weight but I didn’t gain any either. Going to the beach for 4 days sure didn’t help my diet plan.lol Now that I have that fun out of the way I can focus again. Time to bring it for the next month!

It’s great meeting new people from all over the country that share the same vision of getting back in shape.  Some are even interested in becoming coaches for Beachbody like myself. More and more people are seeing this as a opportunity to not only get in great shape but also achieve financial succes. Now that’s a great combination!

After 8weeks

After 7 weeks of Power90 training. Lost 2 more pounds, I’m still in size 38′s but they’re gettin looser.lol Arms are getting toned and doing better as far as cardio. Ramping up for phase 2 this week. If you want to see the results ya gotta put in the work.

More and more people are starting to join me with my workouts and some are becoming coaches for Beachbody also. After 7weeks PHOTOS 001



Well folks, week six is now complete.  A couple more days and I’ll be at the half way point of my Power90 training. That’s when I switch over to part two and a little more intense workouts so I don’t reach a plateau. Looking forward to really seeing results.

More people are starting to join me with my workouts and some are becoming coaches for Beachbody also. It’s great to have other people share the same vision. I wish the pictures would turn out better because you really can’t tell what a big difference I’m seeing. I lost 2 more pounds this week and although I’m still in size 38′s it’s just a matter of time before the 36′s are coming out of the closet.

Okay guys and gals, week 5 of the Power90 training is complete.  Although I only lost a pound this week I’m starting to see what use to be muscles in my stomach. YEA! My size 38 pants are fitting a little bit looser, my arms are seeing definition and I’m alot better as far as my cardio.

If I can do this anyone can you just have to make a choice. How bad do you want it?

After 5 weeks PHOTOS 001

WOW, It’s been one month since I started the Power90 training by BeachBody. At times it seemed like forever but looking back it has gone by pretty fast. The hardest part was just getting in a routine of when I was going to do my training. I decided the early morning was the best time for me because I know the longer I put it off during the day the less chance I have of actually doing it.

My results after one month:

  • Lost 9 pounds
  • Went from size 40 waist to 38
  • Biceps increased by one inch
  • Chest increased by 1/2 inch

Now that I’m on a routine and have built up endurance I look forward to really picking up the pace this next month. The main thing is just to stick with it. Contact me  if you  want to start your way back to fitness with the Power90 training.
