Power90 Training and BeachBody:My Story

We all start somewhere, you could be wanting to lose those last couple of pounds or you could be like me and want to take your life back. The Power90 training was the beginning for me on my journey back to fitness. 40 pounds overweight after being athletic my whole life was hard for me to accept.

At age 40 sitting in a hotel room on the beach after coming in from a sun filled day where I was afraid to take my shirt off I knew enough was enough. As I laid there in my room watching tv a infomercial came on that changed my life. You have to realize that I’m not the type of person that is impressed easily by all those fads, diets, lose weight quick schemes that we all see. In fact I had never bought anything from an infomercial.

I’d seen tons of infomercials about getting in shape and all they ever showed were people in their 20′s in great shape working out. Hell when I was in my 20′s I was in great shape too.lol I wanted to see somebody in their 40′s doing exercises that can make a difference. That’s when I saw Tony Horton, Beachbody and Power90 training at 4 in the morning.
