Power90 vs. P90X

I’ve been getting alot of questions lately about Power90 vs. P90X and I can understand it can be hard deciding which one is right for your situation. I can tell you from my experience of being 40 pounds overweight and when I started being 48 years old that p90x was just too overwhelming for me. Now for people being in great shape already and being younger I could recommend p90x but for most of us older folks the power90 w0rkout is exactly what you need to get started and still see great results.

I know it’s easy for our ego to get in the way and think “heck yea I can do p90x” but believe me you could find yourself overwhelmed and discouraged and that defeats the purpose. I would rather see you start off slowly and stick with power90 and see results then build your way up to p90x if you feel like taking it to the next level.
