I know many people that have the resolution to lose weight at this time of year. Over the holiday we tend to add a little extra weight and I did as well. It’s easy to get busy with all the holiday excitement and before you know it, missing one workout has turned into 4 or 5. Hey, it happens. We’re not perfect but the thing you must remember is to get back to it. Now is the time and this is the place.

Over the holidays I managed to pack on 6 pounds and I’m sure it’s not muscle.lol People who know me know that I’m here to help others reach their goals and I’ve started a fitness group for those ready to attack the new year. 5 people are going to commit for 90 days and I can’t wait for them to see the results.

The great thing is that I know it works. I’ve seen the results. The only way it doesn’t work is if you don’t. 90 days will come and go. Where do you want to be in 90 days? I’ll be sharing their results as we progress as well as my own. I have to say I’m probably more excited for them than they are. I know how it feels to be heavy and then to appreciate yourself for the work you put in to see great results.

This time of year is always a great time to ask yourself: Are you happy where you’re at with your fitness? If you aren’t then it’s time to do something about it and join us. You can contact me anytime to get your questions answered and let’s find the right workout program for you and your needs. Gimme a call 239-225-3836 or shoot me an email and let’s get to work!

When the cold has turned the corner I begin moving more. I’ll do low-level aerobic exercise and light yoga—restorative exercise. I’ll build this gradually as I feel better, so that when the symptoms are gone I can hit it hard, right where I left off. When I follow my protocol strictly it will actually aid my fitness program in the long run.
